– Ordering & MOQ –
Our MOQ starts from 50 pieces per style. For certain materials or complex customization, the minimum may vary slightly.
Yes! We offer both blank and custom samples. Sampling typically takes 3–5 business days.

– Customization & Design –
You can customize material, size, handles, colors, logo placement, printing methods, lining, inner pockets, and more.
Absolutely. We offer logo printing on one or both sides, as well as on inner pockets or tags if needed.
Yes, we offer free basic mockup previews and support during design confirmation.
– Production & Lead Time –
Standard production takes 10–15 days depending on order size and complexity. Express service is available upon request.
All bags are made in our audited partner factories in China, with strict quality control from our in-house QC team.
Yes. We can provide production photos, QC inspection summaries, and packaging details upon request.
– Sustainability –
We offer RPET (recycled polyester), organic cotton, hemp blends, and vegan leather alternatives.
Yes. We partner with One Tree Planted to plant 5–50 trees for every order placed, depending on order size.

– Shipping & Payment –
Yes. We ship worldwide via air and sea freight. We can also work with your freight forwarder if preferred.
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal for small orders, and L/C for large volume orders.
Yes. We can arrange partial shipments or deliveries to multiple locations as needed.
