How Your Custom Bag Project Moves from Idea to Production
Each project follows a clear development process so that materials, construction, branding and production details can be confirmed before bulk manufacturing.
PHASE 01
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
01. Share Your Project Requirements
Send us your tech pack, reference image, physical sample, sketch or product idea together with your expected quantity.
If available, also include your preferred dimensions, materials, colors, logo requirements, hardware and packaging needs.
02. Design and Feasibility Review
We review the bag style, dimensions, materials, construction, hardware, branding and expected quantity to identify the details required for development.
If some specifications are not yet confirmed, we can discuss suitable options before sampling.
03. Confirm Materials, Details and Quotation
Once the main requirements are clear, we confirm the material, construction, logo method, hardware, lining, packaging and other relevant specifications.
A quotation is then prepared based on the confirmed project requirements and quantity.
PHASE 02
SAMPLING & APPROVAL
04. Develop the Physical Sample
A physical sample is produced so you can evaluate the actual proportions, materials, structure, stitching, hardware, logo, lining and overall finish.
Typical sample development: around 3–5 working days.
05. Review, Revise and Approve
Review the sample and let us know if any adjustments are required.
Changes to dimensions, materials, construction, hardware, branding or other details can be discussed before final approval. If significant revisions are required, another sample may be needed.
PHASE 03
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
06. Bulk Production
After the sample, specifications and order details are approved, bulk production begins according to the confirmed requirements.
Typical bulk production: around 15–20 working days after sample approval.
Actual timing may vary depending on quantity, materials, hardware and customization complexity.
07. Quality Check, Packing and Shipping
Finished bags are checked against the approved sample and confirmed specifications, including key details such as stitching, shape, hardware, closures, lining, logo placement and packaging.
After inspection and packing, the order is prepared for shipment according to the agreed delivery arrangement.

OEM & ODM DEVELOPMENT
Starting with a Finished Design or Just an Idea?

OEM – Start with Your Existing Design
OEM is suitable when you already have a developed product direction and want a manufacturer to produce according to your confirmed specifications.
You can start with:
- A complete tech pack
- Detailed drawings and measurements
- A physical sample
- Material and hardware specifications
- Confirmed branding requirements
We review the design, materials, construction and production details before moving into sampling.
Best for: brands with an existing design that needs to be developed for production.
ODM – Start with a Reference or Product Idea
ODM is suitable when your product is still at an early stage and some details need to be developed before sampling.
You can start with:
- A reference image
- An existing bag for inspiration
- A sketch or moodboard
- An initial product concept
- Basic size, material or branding preferences
We help review the proportions, materials, construction, hardware, functionality and customization options needed to move the idea toward a physical sample.
Best for: brands that have a product direction but still need development support.
