Step 2: Get a Quotation
We’ll provide a clear quotation within 24–48 hours, including unit price, MOQ, sample fee (if any), and estimated delivery timeline.

Step 3: Sample Confirmation
We create a custom sample for your review. You’ll be able to inspect the quality, materials, stitching, and logo placement before bulk production.
🕒 Sample lead time: 5–10 working days
Step 4: Bulk Production
Once the sample is approved and deposit is received, we start bulk production. Progress photos and QC reports can be provided upon request.
🕒 Lead time: 15–30 working days depending on order size
Step 5: Quality Check And Packaging
All bags go through strict quality inspection. Custom packaging (gift boxes, dust bags, barcodes) can be included based on your needs.
